Celeste Bouvier is a ceramics artist from South Florida. She has worked with clay for nearly ten years, earning her local and regional attention. She specializes in ceramic sculpture as well as abstract teapot forms.

She recently earned a BA in Art Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA while simultaneously completing extensive studio work at the Art Institute of Boston in Boston, MA. Her work has been displayed at various venues in both South Florida and Massachusetts.

Oversaw care of children in afterschool program for children ages 5-7. Assisted administrators in completing various art projects for the center.

Provided support to physically and mentally handicapped adults.
Worked in a team to assist clients create artwork and encourage their creativity.
Developed one-on-one relationships with clients and helped them through
projects from beginning to end.

community experience and relationship building opportunities.
Handled resident concerns, mediated conflicts, dealt with sensitive and personal problems and coordinated facility repairs.
2008 – 2010 – Saint Andrews Summer Camp, Boca Raton, FL – Camp Counselor
Monitored and cared for a group of twenty children, ages 11-13.
Managed large groups of children on field trips and ensured their safety.
Saw to children’s concerns, and their personal and social wellbeing at camp.
2006 – 2007 – Quiet Waters Park, Camp Adventure, Deerfield Beach, FL – Camp Counselor
Monitored and cared for a group of twenty children, ages 5 – 13.
Served campers in a hands-on role; resolved disputes, offered guidance, and acted as a positive role model.
