« 10 » Ten Years of The Residency Program is on view at Galerie Lefebvre & Fils, Paris

March 5 – April 3, 2026

Since its founding in September 2015, The Residency at Lefebvre & Fils has become one of the most dynamic platforms for contemporary artistic experimentation in ceramic and sculptural practices. Conceived by gallerist and collector Louis Lefebvre and located in Versailles, within the historic Pavillon de Musique of Madame Élisabeth, the Residency offers international artists a dedicated studio, kilns, and an environment designed to foster research, exploration, and production. Over periods ranging from several weeks to months, invited artists develop new bodies of work that are later presented in solo exhibitions at the gallery’s Paris space. Over the past decade, The Residency has built a remarkable legacy, supporting emerging and established artists alike, and contributing to a renewed dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary artistic expression.

In celebration of this ten-year milestone, Lefebvre & Fils is proud to present “10”, a special anniversary exhibition bringing together a wide constellation of artists whose works embody the spirit of experimentation, freedom, and material exploration that defines the Residency. This collective exhibition will include works by:

Joel Gaitan, Shushank Shrestha, Edouard Taufenbach & Bastien Pourtout, Isolina Minjeong, Adam D. Miller, Kelsie Rudolph, Héloïse Piraud, Jennifer King, Truls Mårtensson, Myunjin Kim, Lynda Draper, Héloïse Piraud, Maxwell Mustardo, Théo Ouaki, Emily Yong Beck, Andrew Holmquist, Lindsay Montgomery, Max Maslansky, Urara Tsuchiya, Lucille Uhlrich, Janina Myronova, A.S.T.R.A.L.O.R.A.C.L.E.S (†), Shoshi Watanabe, Katarzyna Przezwanska, Lamarche-Ovize, José Sierra, Derek Weisberg, Nick Weddell, Gavin Kenyon, Jennifer Rochlin, Raul De Nieves, Zachary Armstrong, Stan Edmondson, Jasmine Little (†), Ray Barsante, Cammie Staros, Joakim Ojanen, Eric Croes, Brian Rochefort, Anabel Juarez, Roger Herman and Ulrika Strömbäck.

Bringing together artists from diverse generations, geographies, and practices, “10” reflects the creative energy and enduring vision of The Residency. The exhibition stands as a testament to ten years of artistic dialogue, experimentation, and the continuous reinvention of ceramic and sculptural languages.
